Hi friends!
I hope you had a great week, and that you have something fun planned this weekend. After traveling the past two weekends, I'm thrilled to be staying home and laying low this weekend -- hopefully testing a new muffin recipe. Today I'm sharing my 3 most recent recipes with, along with a few recipes that have been trending on the blog:
Though I don't eat pork chops often, I adore them when I do eat them. These are made in the Instant Pot to clear up stovetop space, then coated in gravy and yes, even more delicious when paired with mashed potatoes.
Creamy dairy-fee cauliflower soup made with roasted cauliflower, garlic and nutritional yeast, then topped with crunchy kale chips. A really delicious way to enjoy cauliflower, if I do say so myself.
Yes, you can (and should!) make oatmeal in the microwave. It's a MUST for mornings when you're short on time!
Maybe embarrassing, but this is my favorite way to make steak. It's just SO easy and it's impossible to mess up. Plus, these bites are extra delicious when paired with garlic butter.
I say it every single year, but this is my FAVORITE fall cocktail! Yes, cinnamon and tequila do pair well together -- this recipe is inspired by a drink I had a bar here in Pittsburgh, and it's just so tasty and warm and cozy.
Basically pumpkin pie filling, but in bar form.
If you make any of these recipes, be sure to leave a comment and star rating on the blog and let me know what you think -- I love hearing from you!
