| Hi friends! I hope you had a lovely first week in October. We started the demo on our whole kitchen, master bedroom and bathrooms, so as you can imagine it was a big week in the AK household. Thankfully baby has still been sitting cozy while we rearrange our entire house, but the countdown is on! October AK Dinner Party is HERE! Snack: Cinnamon Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie The creamiest, dreamiest smoothie that seriously tastes like a slice of sweet potato pie! Dinner: Mom's Authentic Puerto Rican Rice and Beans My mom made me her famous Puerto Rican rice and beans this week so I had to remind you to make it, too!
