Konnichiwa! As the weather starts to cool, it becomes the perfect time for Ramen. Nothing beats a warm, comforting, and hearty bowl of ramen noodles. Two of the most common types of ramen are Shoyu (soy sauce) Ramen and Shio (salt) Ramen. Both are made with a delicate chicken broth base and infused with their own signature flavours. And the best part is they only take about 15 minutes to make from scratch! Including the soup! Serve with classic toppings like Chicken Ham and eggs and you've got authentic Japanese ramen.
Mochi proudly graduated from puppy school. She is growing fast and chewing everything including grass. We had a few cold frosty mornings but spring has finally arrived in Tasmania. The orchard cherry flowers bloomed and are almost all gone and already cherries are growing on the trees. We are converting the orchard into an organic orchard so there is a lot to do. I will share some photos of Mochi and orchard progress on Oneys Creek Orchard Facebook page or oneys creek orchard Instagram if you are interested in staying updated!
