When the temps outside begin to rise, I only want to eat cold, crunchy things. This delicious Sprouted Moong Salad (or Sprouts Salad for short) is super easy to prepare — just toss the ingredients together! It also happens to be vegan, gluten-free, and low fat, making it the perfect midday meal. Without further ado, here's the recipe:
