Here's a quick note on what's coming up to keep you up to date as we finish up May and begin the month of June.

📆 This Week: Memorial Day

Today is Tuesday, May 31. Yesterday, we observed Memorial Day.

The month of June is National Dairy MonthNational Caribbean-American Heritage MonthLGBTQIA+ Pride MonthGreat Outdoors Month, American Housing Month, and National Homeownership Month

The 2022 Atlantic Hurricane Season also starts June 1 and runs through November 30. The Pacific Hurricane season started on May 15 and runs through November 30.

Memorial Day

On May 30, we observed Memorial Day to honor those who have died while serving in the United States armed forces. The first official observance of Memorial Day was on May 30, 1868 when Gen. John Logan ordered that flowers be placed on the graves of soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery.
