June Baking Challenge Preview

We're making Peanut Butter Filled Brownie Cookies in June. Fun and indulgent as we welcome summertime! If you're not into this recipe, there will be an alternate recipe you can try instead. ​ Here are the ingredients you'll need in June: 8 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate all-purpose flour cocoa powder espresso powder (optional) baking powder salt unsalted butter brown sugar granulated sugar eggs vanilla extract creamy peanut butter (natural or processed) confectioners' sugar Stay tuned for details on the June Sally's Baking Challenge once I publish the full recipe on June 1st.
