Texas State Plan Public Notice of Intent for Collaborative Care Model Services HHSC announced its intent to submit amendments to the Texas State Plan for Medical Assistance under Title XIX of the Social Security Act to add Collaborative Care Model Services. The public notice can be found on the State Plan website. Another public notice will be posted to the State Rules and Open Meetings on June 3.
