Reminder: Virtual Town Hall for Test Developers of SARS-CoV-2

Today from 12:05 p.m.-1 p.m. ET [new time], the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will host a Virtual Town Hall for test developers of SARS-CoV-2. During this Town Hall, the FDA will answer technical questions about the development and validation of tests for SARS-CoV-2.

Panelists include:

  • Timothy Stenzel, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Office of In Vitro Diagnostics
  • Toby Lowe, Associate Director for Regulatory Programs, Office of In Vitro Diagnostics
  • Kristian Roth, Ph.D., Deputy Director of the Division of Microbiology Devices, Office of In Vitro Diagnostics
