I've got the perfect treat for you today: Watergate Cake!
What is Watergate Cake?
A delicious, moist Pistachio Cake with pecans and coconut!
Some say it got it's name during the Watergate Scandal back in the day...."packed full of nuts, just like Washington" was the slogan.
That said, this cake is loved by anyone who tries it. So light and refreshing on a hot summer day, or wonderful after a a fall comfort food meal. Will you try it?
