National Agriculture Week & Day: March 21-27 & 23

The 2019 American Community Survey estimated there were 468,808 farmers, ranchers and other ag managers in the U.S. — 411,859 male and 56,949 female.

Equal Pay Day: March 24

In 1973, full-time working women earned a median of 56.6 cents to every dollar men earned. In 2019 (46 years later), women earned 82.3, a gain of 25.6 cents.
