TAFA quarterly reports to Parliament Under the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 ('TAFA 2010'), HM Treasury was required to provide a quarterly report to Parliament on its operation of the UK's asset freezing regime mandated by UN Security Council Resolution 1373. The quarterly report for 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020 has now been published. Previous reports from 2015 to 2020 can be found on the quarterly report to Parliament page. At the end of the transition period at 23.00 on 31st December 2020, the Counter-Terrorism (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 came into force and replaced Part 1 of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010. This is therefore the final Quarterly Report to Parliament on the UK's Terrorist Asset Freezing Regime that HM Treasury is required to prepare and lay before Parliament under TAFA 2010.
