How many great things can you do in the kitchen with only 5 minutes?

Hi Reader,

Time is short, right? And the fact is that sometimes we have only precious 5 minutes to get all of the 'little things' done.

I LOVE efficiency, so that's why I always make the most of my time in the kitchen.

In between recipe steps, there is always something I can do with the few moments that I have like:

  • Fill the dishwasher with the 'dirties'
  • Clean as I go (wipe counters, put things away)
  • Chop veggies ahead for the next recipe
  • 'Mise en Place,' (set everything up that I need for the next recipe)

Heck, I could also:

  • Check my food inventory list on the fridge
  • Fill in my shopping lists
  • Work on my meal plan
  • Straighten the pantry

Do you feel like you could stand to have more efficiency in the kitchen?

Check out my two blog posts with great ideas to keep your kitchen organized, and also the best time-saving kitchen hacks!

Blessings,
