These yummy cheesecake bars have just 5 INGREDIENTS you guys, FIVE.
I am a huge fan of cookie bars because they are SO much easier than cookies but these bars are particularly quick to make.
If you want to make your own chocolate chip cookie dough, go right ahead. It adds a few minutes but is definitely worth the extra effort. I like to use this chocolate chip cookie recipe here or this one is great too.
