Today is Pi Day and as an engineering grad, it's one of those crazy days I celebrate each and every year. I love math ๐ค
It's my dad's birthday tomorrow I'm making him his favorite dessert, Coconut Cream Pie but I want to share my favorite 8 pie recipes for Pi Day (because 3+1+4 =8)! Bake a pie today or tomorrow if you can, and enjoy it with your family ๐
