Today’s smoothie is a simple classic: Triple Berry Smoothie.
This is one of those smoothies you can make again and again because it’s easy, delicious, and uses ingredients that are simple to keep on hand.
It’s made with frozen mixed berries, banana, baby spinach, chia seeds, and unsweetened coconut milk.
That’s it. It’s sweet, creamy, refreshing, and packed with fiber, antioxidants, and nutrients.

Smoothie freezer kits
Now let’s talk about the smoothie habit that makes mornings so much easier: smoothie freezer kits.
This is one of my favorite ways to prep smoothies ahead of time.
Instead of pulling out all the ingredients every morning, you portion everything into freezer bags or jars ahead of time.
Then when you’re ready to make your smoothie, you just dump the kit into the blender, add your liquid, and blend.
That’s it.
No chopping.
No measuring.
No digging through the freezer.
No excuse to skip it because you’re rushed.

Here’s the basic method:
Step 1: Add fruit, greens, chia seeds, and any other smoothie ingredients to a freezer bag or jar.
Step 2: Freeze the kits until you’re ready to use them.
Step 3: In the morning, add the kit to the blender with your liquid and blend until smooth.
I leave the liquid out of the freezer kits and add it right before blending.
This keeps the kits easy to store and gives you more control over how thick or thin you want your smoothie.

Those little bag holders are especially helpful because they keep the bags upright while you add the ingredients.
It makes prep so much less messy.
And once your smoothie kits are done, mornings feel so much easier.
