With it being such a busy time of year, I wanted to share one of my favorite meal prep recipes that has gotten me through MANY end-of-the-school-year seasons.
This Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken is incredibly easy to make and can be used in so many different meals throughout the week.
Make a batch today and you'll have a protein ready to go for busy lunches and dinners all week long.
Having a meal starter like this in the fridge makes it so much easier to throw together a quick meal on those nights when everyone is running in different directions.
P.S. If you're looking for more meal prep inspiration, I recently updated my How to Meal Prep Chicken for the Weekguide. It includes all of my favorite methods, storage tips, and ideas for turning one batch of chicken into multiple meals throughout the week. Check it out here.
