Zoodles, or Zucchini Noodles, are faux “noodles” made by spiralizing, slicing, or peeling fresh zucchini into thin strands or ribbons.
I make a ton of zoodle recipes in the summer because they’re light and fresh, perfect for the hotter days, and our gardens and markets are PACKED with zucchini this time of year!
Using zoodles in replace of regular noodles is a great way to reduce the amount of processed carbohydrates in your diet, which is beneficial to weight loss, diabetes, and more. They’re extremely low in calories but still satiating.
