Do any of you have a garden or local farmer's market? My garden is exploding with fresh vegetables right now...so it seems only fitting to share some of my favorite recipes that I will be making this weekend:
SWEET:
- Zucchini Bread- this sweet bread with a cinnamon swirl is my favorite!
- Zucchini Crumble- diced zucchini with caramel and streusel is a unique combo that will have everyone thinking it's apple!
- Apple Fritters- grab those fresh apples and make this delicious skillet fried treat!
- Cherry Pie- my recipes uses fresh cherries, making it the best one out there!
SAVORY:
- Bruschetta- serve it with toasted bread or bagel chips, or toss it with rotisserie chicken and pasta for a hearty meal.
- Pico de Gallo- I have so many tomatoes, so this snack will be perfect for the weekend!
- Spaghetti Sauce- my favorite homemade sauce, made with fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes!
- Zoodles- make my homemade sauce over these easy zucchini noodles!
