What to Cook in August☀️

Hi friends- I hope your August is off to a great start. I love this month because the summer produce is at its peak. Corn, zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, peaches, and more. I can't get enough! I hope you love this month's recipes! There are SO many good ones. ​ AUGUST RECIPES ​Peach Scones- perfect for the weekend. ​Grilled Peaches- pictured above! The most amazing appetizer! ​Protein Packed Ranch Dip- serve with veggies for a healthy snack! ​Avocado Corn Salad- so fresh! ​Tomato Peach Burrata Salad- impressive to serve, but SO easy! ​Summer Quinoa Salad- my personal favorite. ​Black Bean Salad- don't forget the chips. ​Chicken Pasta Salad- my boys love this one. ​Caprese Salad- a classic! I also love a Caprese Sandwich. ​Corn Chowder- so good with fresh sweet corn. ​Burst Tomato Sauce- perfect for using up garden tomatoes. ​Steak Tacos- 5 stars! ​Easy Sheet Pan Meal- a favorite at our house. ​Zucchini Soup- this one is popular right now! Zucchini Bread- lemon, chocolate, classic, or chocolate chip! ​Peanut Butter Protein Balls- keep these in the fridge for an easy treat! ​Chocolate Zucchini Cake- I promise you won't taste the zucchini. This cake is SO decadent! ​Peach Cobbler- don't forget the vanilla ice cream. ​S'mores Clusters- a great no-bake treat!
