Hi friends- I hope your weekend is off to a great start. I made a pan of this baked oatmeal to keep in the fridge all week. I am also making pesto today, it freezes well so I am making a big batch. I have a good list of recipes for you to make this week. Enjoy! ​ RECIPES TO MAKE THIS WEEK ​Creamy Zucchini Corn Pasta- pictured above! The perfect summer pasta. Serve with a salad. ​Cobb Salad- a classic! ​The Ultimate Burger- fire up the grill! Serve with grilled sweet potatoes. ​Southwest Quinoa Salad- great for meal prep! ​High Protein Ranch Dip- serve with veggies, crackers, or chips! ​Grilled Brie with Peaches- a simple summer appetizer. ​Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread- I can't stop making this bread! ​Puppy Chow- keep this in the freezer and eat it frozen.
