Hi friends- It is HOT outside so I tried to include a lot of easy and refreshing recipes this week! I hope you find a few you love! I also shared my favorites from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Have a great weekend and try to stay cool! ​ RECIPES TO MAKE THIS WEEK ​Grilled Vegetable Orzo Salad- the flavors are incredible! ​Bean & Cheese Burritos- beyond easy! Serve with salsa and guacamole! ​5-Ingredient Pasta- a dinner lifesaver. ​Caprese Salad- a classic and so simple! ​BBQ Chicken Pita Pizzas- top with corn salsa for a summer twist! ​Easy Cucumber Salad- I have a lot of garden cucumbers to use up so this salad is on repeat. ​Zucchini Brownies- I promise you won't taste the zucchini. ​Cookie of the Week- so lovely! *Read this week's This and That HERE!** If you make a recipe, please leave a comment and star rating on our blog.
