Get the rice going, put the salmon in the oven, whip up the salsa while it's all cooking away, and you're in sweet summertime business.
If You Don't Like Salmon: I cannot even count the number of people who don't like salmon who have made this recipe and loved THIS salmon. But if it's really not your thing, the spice rub is delicious on some chicken or shrimp.
If You Want To Use An Air Fryer: The much-loved Air Fryer Salmon is a very similar rub to this recipe, so this would work great in the air fryer as well. If You Want to Grill This (Because Summer!): You won't get quite as crispy of a top without the broil, but it'll still be delicious.
