30 minutes, 12-ish ingredients, and a few twists on the classic!
This is my version of classic four bean salad. It has about 12 ingredients and is ready in 30 minutes. The salad keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days and tastes even better with some marinating time.I sizzle a bit of garlic, rosemary, and chili in the oil for this dressing. I also hold back on the sweetness--some versions of this salad that I found online had up to 3/4 cup of sugar! The red wine vinegar dressing in this one is more on the acidic/tangy side with a bit of complimentary sweetness.
