Those with allergies and breathing ailments, such as asthma, may notice breathing issues until the dust clears the area on Wednesday. | State Changes the Bar Exam The Florida bar exam is changing, according to the Board of Bar Examiners, who announced last week that the Florida Supreme Court approved its recommendation. Starting in July 2028, Florida will be one of 20 jurisdictions adopting the NextGen bar exam, a test format created by the National Conference of Bar Examiners. The Florida Board recommended adopting the NextGen Exam after a study of over 21,000 Florida lawyers to determine the skills and knowledge new Florida lawyers need to begin their practice. The announcement was made four years in advance to help law schools properly prepare the Class of 2028. | Florida Athletes at the Paris Olympics Florida has three dozen athletes competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics, the second highest number among U.S. states behind California. Here’s a list of athletes competing from the Sunshine State. The competition begins tomorrow, July 24, with Men’s soccer at Marseille Stadium, two days before the Opening Ceremony.
