It's back to real life this week and there's nothing more effective to lessen the blow than really good food to get excited about! These are the things I make when I need a little pep in my step throughout the week - wholesome but delicious muffins, a top-tier mocktail, cheesy sandwiches and creamy pasta, and a bowl that packs a major flavor punch.
