๐ŸŽ‰ Weekly Update February 26th, 2023 (Goals & Progress) ๐ŸŽ‰

Hey there reader!

Wow, can you believe it's almost the end of February already? Time flies! Sometimes I wish I could just press pause on life for a little while to catch up on everything I need to do. But, despite that, the last few months have been really productive for me.

✅ First, I've managed to stick to my daily smoothie habit since January 1st. Although I've missed a few days, for the most part, I've been drinking a smoothie every day. This has helped me to feel energized, focused, and reduced bloating. Plus, it makes me crave healthier foods, which is a bonus.

✅ I've also stuck with my daily mason jar salad habit, which I've been doing for the past ten years, so that wasn't too difficult to maintain.

✅ I've significantly reduced the amount of high-sugar coffee creamer I have. I used to start my day with sugar creamer, but now I only have two tablespoons of creamer with my afternoon coffee.

✅ I've been exercising three to four days a week, which is good, but I know I can improve in this area.

✅ And finally, I've been really focused on my work goals, which is a big deal for me because my week can be very hectic. I wrote out my VIP's (Very Important Projects) for the quarter, and I've been working hard to achieve them. I'm pleased to say that one of them is finished and will be available soon - it's called Freezer to Flourish, so keep an eye out for it!

I have to give a lot of credit to the OYS Facebook Group for keeping me motivated. It's been really helpful to share my progress, challenges, and thoughts with everyone, and to receive their support. I try to give back by sharing my advice and opinions with the group too. If you haven't joined yet, I highly recommend it.

So, here are my goals for this month:

๐Ÿ‘‰First, I want to keep up with my smoothie and mason jar salad habits - I find they're a great way to stay energized and healthy.

๐Ÿ‘‰ I also want to make sure I'm keeping my coffee creamer intake under control. I know how easy it is to get carried away with sugary creamers, so I want to stay mindful of that.

๐Ÿ‘‰Next, I'm hoping to switch to a low-carb dinner at least 2-3 nights a week. I'm setting the bar low with this one, but I think it's doable.

๐Ÿ‘‰In terms of exercise, I want to aim for 4-5 days a week. I plan to mix it up with some running and toning exercises.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Finally, I'm excited to start working on VIP 2 - which is putting together my brand new Shopify store. This will allow you access all of my products in one place, which I think will be really helpful and convenient.
