This homemade coconut-coriander chutney is free from onions and garlic, made in minutes, and mild enough for even kids to enjoy.
Dear ooseims.archieves@blogger.com
When hunger strikes, it often comes swiftly and fiercely. Since nobody likes to be "hangry" (Western slang for being angry because you're hungry), I thought it might be good to share one of my favorite fast and easy snack recipes: Chutney Sandwiches! If you have bread and a few simple ingredients on hand, a tasty meal is never far from reach.
Made with just sliced bread and a homemade coriander-coconut chutney, these delicious and satisfying snacks are perfect for picnics, tiffin boxes, or anytime your tummy needs some tending to. Since the chutney isn't too spicy, they're also great for kids!
