This is a go-to, high protein recipe of ours! We remix it into so many of our meals.
| The observant subscribers/followers of my blog will recognize these magical bits! I've featured them as part of a larger recipe twice in the past year. Since we make them so often at home, I thought that they deserved their own blog post with a full breakdown. You really gotta try these bits π
They're a great addition to big salads, grain and noodle bowls, stuffed into tacos or wraps... so many things! And you can remix the spices to make them work for whatever you're cooking up.
And they really are so crispy and golden! Crispy-crunchy is my preferred texture for tofu and we really get there with my method. These oven baked pieces, with a little bit of prep, turn out so good with pretty light effort. Hope you give them a try! | More plant-based goodness: | | | | | | Creamy Vanilla Chip SmoothieThis smoothie is naturally vegan, perfectly sweet, loaded with fragrant vanilla bean powder, cacao nibs, rich cashew and coconut butters, and is thickened with frozen pear instead of banana! | | | Find your next vegan dinner and so many more ideas here. You received this email because you subscribed to our list.
