I have several of my favorite transformation stories saved to my phone. (8 years worth!)
This morning I was feeling the need to be inspired and saw this one I had saved from Debbie.
I was immediately brought to tears reading the post from Debbie.
This is what the Clean Eating Challenge is all about.

"I went to the doctor two days ago and got a clean bill of health.
We started eating healthy the second week of August and started this challenge on September 5th.
Just 5 weeks ago my doctor was ready to medicate me for diabetes because my A1C and glucose levels were in line with a diabetic.
My glucose and A1C are now in normal range. 5 weeks ago I had fatty liver disease, today I have normal liver enzymes.
I have been on high blood pressure medicine for about 10 months and today he cut my dose in half.
I have lost a total of 24 and 1/2 lb so far.
I have quite a ways to go with the weight loss but we are going to live a healthy lifestyle forever so I'm in no hurry to lose weight quickly.
The bigger Testament is the positive blood work from the doctor.
So to celebrate I hopped on my bike and rode 23 1/2 miles, I've never done more than a few miles before.
