Hey reader,
Using helpful tools in the kitchen is one of my favorite ways to get dinner on the table fast. I love to use my Instant Pot and slow cooker for staple recipes like my Instant Pot chicken stock and slow cooker carnitas.
But did you know that you can use a high-speed blender to help prepare meals in creative and delicious ways?
Oh yes, you can!
I use a Blendtec blender, which I absolutely love, but there are other blenders that work just as well.
Of course, if you're actually cooking soup in a blender, like my tomato basil soup, you'll need to use a high-speed blender which blends with enough speed to make the soup hot…
But you can use any blender to blend simple sauces like my 15 minute hot sauce and waffle batter like my cinnamon oatmeal waffles (you may have to scrape down the sides halfway through).
For more quick and easy ways to use this wonderful and under-utilized kitchen appliance, check out the post on my blog, 45+ Awesome Ways to Use a Blendtec Blender.
I hope these ideas for using your blender will bring more variety and fun to your monthly meal plans!
Blessings,
Tiffany
