This past summer, we did two challenges in the OYS Facebook Community - first, we did a smoothie challenge, and then we did a mason jar salad challenge. If you took part in these challenges, you know they were AWESOME!!

The goal was to jumpstart or get back on track with healthy eating habits; guess what? It works! It was so motivating and exactly what I needed to get excited again about eating leafy greens, fruits, veggies, and other healthy foods.

I love running the live challenges, but they are a lot of work, so I can't host them live all the time. Don't worry; I plan to run about four live challenges a year.
