We are so excited to share with you the next evolution of our app. Introducing, feel better by de, the most comprehensive, accessible way to support your physical and mental health every day. 

Through our holistic approach to health across plant-based foods, movement, mindfulness and sleep, the feel better app provides all the support, tools and inspiration you need to feel better every day, no matter where you are on your wellness journey.

Our app has over 700 delicious recipes and over 250 yoga, barre, cardio, stretch and pilates classes lead by some of the industry's best instructors. We've added a completely re-imagined mindfulness hub with a huge array of tools to help you feel more calm and in control. We've also added a new hub filled with simple and effective tools dedicated to improving your sleep. Each hub is updated weekly and supported by a wide range of podcasts, articles and a wellness tracker to help you stay on track to feeling your best. 
 
One of the most exciting updates is the app is now available on desktop, allowing you to view the content on a larger screen, which is especially game-changing for the movement classes and recipes.
