Mae busnesau'n dal i allu cofrestru a rhaid iddynt wneud hynny ar unwaith. Mae hwn yn rhwymedigaeth gyfreithiol o dan reoliad 5 o'r OCR. Os ydych yn fusnes sy'n mewnforio, cynhyrchu, prosesu, dosbarthu neu werthu cynhyrchion diogelu planhigion proffesiynol (PPPs), eu cynhwysion neu eu cymhorthion ym Mhrydain Fawr, yna rhaid i chi gofrestru manylion eich cwmni, mathau o gynnyrch, a chapasiti storio gan ddefnyddio'r ffurflen hon ar GOV.UK. Ceir canllawiau ar GOV.UK sy'n esbonio sut i ddefnyddio'r ffurflen a phwy sydd angen cofrestru. Ni ddylai busnesau sy'n gosod cynhyrchion amatur yn unig, ar y farchnad neu sy'n defnyddio PPPs proffesiynol yn unig gofrestru nawr, ond bydd angen iddynt ddilyn proses debyg yn y dyfodol. Bydd rhagor o wybodaeth yn dilyn. Nod Rheoliad Rheolaethau Swyddogol yr UE (OCR) yw gwella diogelwch bwyd anifeiliaid a bwyd, iechyd a lles anifeiliaid ac iechyd planhigion drwy gymhwyso rheolaethau swyddogol drwy'r gadwyn gyflenwi bwyd-amaeth. Mae Rheoliadau Rheolaethau Swyddogol (Cynhyrchion Diogelu Planhigion) 2020 yn cymhwyso'r OCR i PPPs ym Mhrydain Fawr. Maent yn cyflwyno gofyniad newydd i weithredwyr ledled y gadwyn gyflenwi PPP hysbysu eu hawdurdod cymwys. Yn Lloegr dyma'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol. Businesses are still able to register and must do so immediately. This is a legal obligation under regulation 5 of the OCR. If you are a business that imports, manufactures, processes, distributes or sells professional plant protection products (PPPs), their ingredients or adjuvants in Great Britain, then you must register your company details, product types, and storage capacity using this form on GOV.UK. There is guidance on GOV.UK explaining how to use the form and who needs to register. Businesses that place only amateur products on the market or that only use professional PPPs should not register now, but will need to follow a similar process in the future. More information will follow. The EU Official Controls Regulation (OCR) aims to improve feed and food safety, animal health and welfare and plant health by applying official controls throughout the agri-food supply chain. The Official Controls (Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2020 apply the OCR to PPPs in Great Britain. They introduce a new requirement for operators throughout the PPP supply chain to notify their competent authority. In England this is the Secretary of State.
