While there are multiple benefits to getting your workout in earlier in the day (increased focus, more energy, better sleep, etc…) working out in the evening is preferred over no workout at all!

Quick Workouts for the Busiest of Days

This time of year, life tends to get busy.

When that happens, exercise often gets put on the back burner.

The five quick routines below can be performed at ANY time-- day or night.

They will also ensure that you get a little movement in EVERY SINGLE DAY, no matter how action-packed your schedule is!

This 3-week bodyweight exercise challenge can be completed in less than 20 minutes. It's perfect for anyone looking to burn a little extra fat, and because it's an equipment-free routine, it can be performed from literally anywhere!

This tabata-style routine is for our more experienced fitness enthusiasts as it requires you to sprint. That said, it's a super easy routine to fit into your busy schedule, seeing as how it's ONLY 4 minutes long! Get your blood pumping with this energy-boosting fat blaster!

Our 7-day morning challenge is another great bodyweight workout option that is also customizable. Choose 5 moves from the list of approved exercises, and perform each one for 60 seconds. Complete up to 3 rounds for an awesome workout that takes less than 20 minutes!

This hard-hitting total body circuit utilizes compound movements but requires at least one set of dumbbells. Keep a pair at home or in the office so you can get in a fantastic workout session at any time of day!

5 minutes and a single pair of dumbbells are all you need for this arm workout. It's another wonderful, do-anywhere workout. Complete it at home, in the office, at the park, or in the gym!
