View the content as a web page. | | REACH eBulletin Issued: 31 August 2021 This eBulletin contains information on the UK REACH regulation in Great Britain. | | In line with the UK REACH work programme 2021-22, HSE has today published draft recommendations for substances for inclusion in Annex 14. Two substances are included in the draft first recommendation – disodium octaborate and dicyclohexyl phthalate (DCHP). Interested parties are invited to submit comments on these substances within 3 months of this publication date (by 30 November 2021). We welcome the provision of information specific to Great Britain regarding aspects covered in the background document, as well as comments on consequences, alternatives and exemptions. Following this, HSE will update the recommendation, taking account of any comments received and send it to the Appropriate Authorities (the Defra Secretary of State and the Scottish and Welsh Ministers) for a decision.
