Hi There,
It's hot out there. Blistering.
And I want to share a gorgeous, super-hydrating recipe with you. It's easy to make, vibrant with flavor, and teeming with beneficial plant compounds.
Most of all, it tastes delicious. And is nearly perfect for summer. It's a simple Raspberry Hibiscus Shrub.
It's sweet, tart and delicious served over ice.
Here's what you need to know:
- Berries are rich in phytonutrients. It's those beneficial plant compounds that give them their flavor and vivid color.
- Hibiscus and rose hips are rich in vitamin C. And vitamin C helps build and repair tissues, supporting skin health through collagen formation.
- A little bit of honey gives the shrub a burst of sweetness.
- It's deeply hydrating. You'll stir just a bit of the raspberry shrub base into water for a super hydrating tonic.
