Phew I tell ya, I've been going to bed way too late to accommodate my 5 am wake up schedule. Mama is tired.
But what's been keeping me company (besides the bags under my eyes) are refreshing and creamy cold brews. And you know what makes them even better?
VANILLA SWEET CREAM COLD FOAM
That's right.
I'm sharing my brand new favorite recipe for my primary food group: iced coffee.
It's creamy, sweet, and better than Starbucks.
It only requires 3 ingredients and a handful of seconds to make.
For this recipe I make my own homemade vanilla syrup-recipe included in the post-but you can always sub your favorite store bought syrup to make this recipe even simpler.
And don't think this sweet, creamy, luscious foam is just for coffee...nay nay...top it on an iced chai or a root beer float for a real treat!

Oh, and if you want the full coffee house experience, I recommend serving your sweet, foamy, cold brew with a vanilla bean scone. You'll leave that coffee drive thru in the dust after making this fabulous combo.
