Thick or thin, cake-like or chewy, crispy or tender, and so on. This is a recipe for what I like. And what I like in an oatmeal cookie is for it to be thick, soft and a little chewy. And this recipe is the BEST EVER if you're looking for that combo! If that's not what you're after, this might not be the recipe for you!
