Spicy, Saucy Kung Pao Chicken ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Hey reader reader,

So addictive, Kung Pao Chicken should be named the king of Chinese cooking!

Sweet, sour, salty and spicy, Kung Pao has many variations - authentic chinese, Americanised Chinese and this one - Indianised Chinese.

We threw in some veggies, a ton of peanuts and used three different chillies so that every bite has a whiff of heat. Make this a weeknight dinner when everyone's craving takeout!
