Spanish-style French Toast, called Torrijas, can be served at breakfast, for brunch or as a "postre" dessert (serve warm and top with ice cream - yum!)
The recipe is so simple and uses minimal ingredients.
Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, honey, or syrup!
