Happy Monday, friends!

We had some baseball this weekend, I cleaned out the inside of my car! (it’s actually one of my favorite things to do) and finally got some packages out to friends I’ve been lagging on. Feels good to have that done! I also did some meal prep this weekend. Here’s what we are starting the week with:

  • track what I eat in my food journal this week
  • fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
  • submit my Imperfect produce order
  • take pics of meal prep/post
  • STAY HEALTHY
  • EAT HEALTHY 
  • DRINK WATER
  • MOVE MY BODY
  • therapy
  • return library books
  • break down boxes
  • put crate in back of car
  • clean out the fridge/meal prep
  • pack/ship orders for The Handwriting Club 
  • keep Cooper on track with school
