Intentions for the Week Posted: 22 Mar 2021 02:22 AM PDT Intentions for the Week- Week 12 in 2021 Happy Monday, friends! We had some baseball this weekend, I cleaned out the inside of my car! (it’s actually one of my favorite things to do) and finally got some packages out to friends I’ve been lagging on. Feels good to have that done! I also did some meal prep this weekend. Here’s what we are starting the week with: Meal Prep this Week includes: Intentions for the Week: - track what I eat in my food journal this week

- take pics of meal prep/post
- STAY HEALTHY

- MOVE MY BODY

- break down boxes
- put crate in back of car
- clean out the fridge/meal prep
- pack/ship orders for The Handwriting Club
- keep Cooper on track with school
- map out garden beds
- plant jade plant
- laundry
- work on binder

- clean up my office (neverending)

- go for a few long walks (if the weather is nice)
