Hey there reader,
How was your week? It was a productive one for me.
I've been hard at work updating old recipes and creating new ones for the blog.
I don't want to bore you with Google details, but there's a big update coming in May, so I'm focusing on getting my blog in tip-top shape for when it rolls out.
Can I just say blogging is not for the faint of heart at times? These dang Google updates make me crazy.
Anyway, thanks for letting me quickly vent.
Last week, I mentioned it was my 10th blogging anniversary. This week I spent a lot of time reflecting on blogging, and I just need to say how thankful I am for the Organize Yourself Skinny community. Truthfully, I wouldn't be where I am today without my readers.
Trust me; there's been plenty of times I've felt burnt out and wanted to throw in the towel. But then I get an email or message from a reader telling me that the words I write inspire them and help them be better versions of themselves.
Your stories and comments keep me going! So thank you!
Meeting your needs is always top priority no matter what I'm trying to do with Organize Yourself Skinny.
Let's do a quick recap of last week's food and exercise goals.
I did great staying on track all week! I exercised five days, didn't eat past 6:00 pm during the week, and stuck to the meal plan.
My goal is to keep it going!
Here's my weekly meal plan. I follow the exercise routines in my 30-day Workbook.
Breakfast
Lunch
I'm still finishing up soups in the freezer.
Dinner
I'm going to mix some fresh meals with freezer meals this week.
Beef Enchiladas with Mexican shredded beef
Bacon Turkey Cheeseburger Meatloaf with roasted potatoes and Brussel sprouts
Cuban Pita Pizzas or Sandwiches with pulled pork in the freezer
Baked Buffalo Chicken Breasts (new recipe)
Baked Pork Chops with Loaded Cauliflower Mash
Okay, that's it for this week!
Let's get to the newsletter.
