Who doesn't love meatballs?

When all else fails, serve meatballs. That's my go-to advice to serve hungry people of all ages! Meatballs are easy to make and freeze, so they're a great option if you love to meal prep, and perfect as a last-minute dinner or appetizer option. You can serve meatballs in countless ways, and kids just love them!

There are so many different versions of meatballs: you can make them with beef, lamb, pork, turkey, or chicken. You can even make them vegan
don't miss my delicious falafel recipe below! In other words, it's impossible to get bored with meatballs. (Do you get how much I LOVE them?)

Caramelized Lemon Meatballs

Lemon meatballs? But of course! You all know my love for making authentic Italian dishes: this zesty Caramelized Lemon Meatball Dish is adapted from a Tuscan family recipe that was shared with me by an Italian chef I took cooking classes with in Lucca, Italy.

You can serve them as an appetizer but I love cooking them with a side of broccoli rabe. It's a very easy dish to make and one that you can easily scale it up for a larger group or for meal prepping.

Ginger, Sesame, and Coriander Meatballs
Ginger, Sesame, and Coriander Meatballs
Ginger, Sesame and Coriander Meatballs are so full of flavor that they can be served both as a cocktail bite (no sauce needed!) and an appetizer.  Having said that, my absolute favorite way to serve these juicy morsels is in a big bowl of steaming soup!

You can serve these aromatic meatballs as is but if you want to make a soup like the one pictured above, I've included my tips and instructions along with the meatball recipe. It's a really simple soup to make, and you can customize it to use whatever ingredients you have on hand.

No-Roll Turkey Meatballs
No-Roll Turkey Meatballs
No-Roll Turkey Meatballs are super easy to make (no rolling involved!) and freezer-friendly but, best of all, they include a generous helping of spinach in each bite. The touch of sweetness added by a handful of raisins makes them ultra-popular with kids.

These meatballs can be made with either ground turkey or chicken. Serve with fresh tomato sauce over your family's favorite pasta!
