What's your favorite type of cake?
Some people LOVE chocolate. Others prefer a classic red velvet. And some would choose a slice of vanilla above all else.
As for me?
It's carrot cake, all the way.
There's something about carrot cake that I just can't get over. It could be the touch of cinnamon... or the rich cream cheese frosting. Or maybe it's the fact that you can kind of call it healthy - after all, you're using REAL carrots, right?
