View this email in your browser Hi reader, I'm always a fan of celebrating food holidays... especially when they involve slow braised tender meat and veggies.   I tried something new this year for St. Patrick's Day.  Usually I cook corned beef  low and slow in the oven, but this year I put it in the crockpot for 6 hours and added bacon!!!!  I will NEVER make corned beef any other way, and I'm not exaggerating in the slightest.  This is such an easy recipe... literally just put it all in the crockpot and go enjoy your time doing other things, while that bacon does its magic.   You're gonna love it!  Click Here For The Recipe.
