Here's your Meal Plan for the week! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Hello again!

I'm going to keep this week's email short & sweet, because the weather is beautiful outside, and my kids want to get out there and enjoy it!





Cooking Videos

If you enjoy watching me cook in my own kitchen check out my latest video, and follow along step-by-step!

Air Fryer Broccoli. If you love crispy broccoli, you will love this version made in the Air Fryer! It cooks in just 10 minutes, and I'm showing you how to use fresh or frozen broccoli with great results.

Cashew Milk. This is one of my favorite non-dairy milks because you don't have to strain out any pulp! Watch me make a classic plain version, and a chocolate milk and coffee creamer variation in this video.

Dinner Ideas for the Week

Need some dinner inspiration? Here are some delicious ideas to help!

Sunday: Vegan Sushi Bowls. I could eat this type of meal every single day; the dressing is addictive! Change it up by using cooked rice, and if you're not vegan, you can also top it with Air Fryer Salmon for extra protein.

Monday: Pesto Pasta Salad. I love that this makes leftovers for an easy lunch, and the dressing is SO flavorful without using cheese! Try it with a chickpea pasta for extra protein, too.

Tuesday: Best Vegetable Stew. This recipe is vegan, but it tastes like the version made with meat! (It even met my picky dad's expectations.) Try it with vegan cornbread on the side.

Wednesday: Green Bean Salad and Corn Chowder. This soup is unbelievably good, without using any dairy.

Thursday: Sweet Potato Nachos. Here's a great way to eat a big pile of sweet potatoes, with all of your favorite toppings!

Friday: Vegan Pad Thai. This is your reminder to try this recipe if you haven't yet! It's my favorite way to sneak a bunch of veggies into my family's meal.

Saturday: Day off from cooking! (Leftovers or take-out)
