| FDA Office of Minority Health and Health Equity March 9, 2021 FDA OMHHE is Seeking Participants for Lupus Patient Listening Sessions FDA's Office of Minority Health and Health Equity (OMHHE) and FDA's Office of Patient Affairs are organizing a series of upcoming Patient Listening Sessions on lupus (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus or SLE) and we are looking for patients and caregivers who are interested in participating. The Listening Sessions will take place in late March – early April by phone. FDA hopes to use the information on the calls to better understand what it's like to live with lupus, and we would like to hear patient and caregiver perspectives on clinical trials as well. To be considered for the Listening Sessions, interested parties must 1) complete this brief survey by March 12, 2021 and 2) either be a patient, or a caregiver to a patient, with lupus. There are a limited number of spots for this Listening Session. Selected participants will be notified by mid-March. Please feel free to share/forward to others in your network. If you have questions, please contact FDA's Office of Patient Affairs at PatientAffairs@fda.hhs.gov.
