Maybe it's sort of funny to be coming to you with a "quick ramen" recipe because maybe you're like….isn't it already quick? And that would be fair if you're reminiscing back to your dorm room days of ramen!
But we wanted to find something in between that whole little plastic flavor packet deal and the slow, delicious, authentic bowls of deep rich broth with pulls on pulls on pulls of fresh udon noodles.
We wanted fresh and savory and amazing, but we also wanted kinda quick and easy. So here we are.
We took some shortcuts on the ingredients and finished in record time with a steamy bowl of bright veggies, flavorful broth, and long chewy noodles.
