Remember how this quarantine thing was supposed to give us all so much more free time?
Yeah, that didn't happen. In fact, it sometimes seems like we have twice as many activities to juggle now. Work, school, church, chores, social activities – they're all both live and online now, so coordinating the calendar is harder than ever. And it sure doesn't leave any extra time for cooking.
So I figured maybe this would be a nice time to spotlight some of my favorite 30-minute recipes. I have all kinds of dishes here from all kinds of cuisines: Mexican, Italian, Chinese, even French. I have soups and appetizers and main courses, breakfasts and lunches and dinners.
The only thing they all have in common: they're ready in half an hour or less. Which leaves you more time for all that other stuff.
