๐Ÿฅฃ30 Minute Meals you'll want to try! ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Remember how this quarantine thing was supposed to give us all so much more free time?

Yeah, that didn't happen. In fact, it sometimes seems like we have twice as many activities to juggle now. Work, school, church, chores, social activities – they're all both live and online now, so coordinating the calendar is harder than ever.  And it sure doesn't leave any extra time for cooking.

So I figured maybe this would be a nice time to spotlight some of my favorite 30-minute recipes. I have all kinds of dishes here from all kinds of cuisines: Mexican, Italian, Chinese, even French. I have soups and appetizers and main courses, breakfasts and lunches and dinners.

The only thing they all have in common: they're ready in half an hour or less. Which leaves you more time for all that other stuff.

Instant Pot Broccoli Cheddar Soup

An easy soup that's hearty, flavorful, and packed with healthy veggies. What more could you ask for?

Asparagus Salmon Foil Packs

Fire up the grill for a light, delicious warm-weather meal.

One Pot Cheesy Zucchini Rice

This vegetarian-friendly recipe is an easy way to make zucchini disappear.

Buffalo Chicken Bombs

Yet another way to turn Buffalo chicken into a convenient finger food.

Instant Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta

You won't believe French cuisine can be this simple.

Easy Pizza Pasta Bake

Two Italian favorites in one dish.

Freezer Friendly Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches

With a bunch of these in your freezer, you always have a breakfast that's ready to go.

Sheet Pan Pork Fried Rice

Turn leftover rice into an easy dinner – with no actual frying.

Easy Homemade Chicken Taquitos

This crunchy Mexican finger food makes a great appetizer, lunch, dinner, or snack.

Easy Thai Peanut Chicken

Who knew it could be this easy to get Thai flavor in your own kitchen?
