It is used to inform decision making by HSE policymakers and wider government. We have published a new coronavirus science and evidence page which includes information on: - the latest rapid evidence review summaries
- HSE's contribution to the UK Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE)
- COVID-19 national core studies
HSE was proud to support International Women and Girls in Science Day on Thursday 11 February. According to UNESCO data at present, less than 30 per cent of researchers worldwide are women. Several of HSE's Women Scientists, Mathematicians and Engineers and their work are featured in the 2020 Annual Science Review, including Dr Jackie Morton, a principal scientist within HSE's Biological Monitoring Team. Jackie has pioneered new analytical techniques that help to reduce occupational ill health. She also takes time to promote science as a career, mentoring fellow colleagues and regularly organising outreach programmes for school children. | It is HSE policy to make the results of research available, wherever possible, through publication of final reports in our Research Report series.
